The Euro Twin is a double – tubed packing machine which gives many advantages.

• Elevated speed. Up to 160 bags per minute (80 each side)
• Layout optimisation. It facilitates plant productivity while optimising the production layout, as it allows two machines to operate in a limited space and can be configured to work with different products without sacrificing speed.
• Sealing integrity. The critical issue of complete dose drop times is virtually eliminated, at the same speed. The product flow is divided into two parts and, consequently, the time available for receiving a dose is doubled: this prevents product contamination in the horizontal seal. As a result, better sealing quality and a reduced percentage of waste are achieved.
• Reduced labour costs. With the Euro Twin solution, one operator can effectively manage two systems. This means doubling output with half the labour required. The long-term cost savings resulting from this reduction alone make this system an intelligent investment.
• Improved control technology. A single touch screen operator panel, coupled with the latest generation PLC, allows superior control over bag length, sealing and wrapping material management: this allows high quality standards to be maintained even at high speeds. The touch screen interface is designed to allow a double packaging line to be managed with the same ease of use as a single line.
