Our automatic palletizing systems enable the handling and palletizing of cartons, bundles or sacks. They are tailored to the customer’s requirements and can be personalised according to the specifications and layout of the factory floor.

The systems can feature single, double or triple input channels and single, double or triple output channels.

The products are placed onto pallets using a mechanical gripper operated pneumatically or by brushless motors. Products can be picked up individually or in rows using anthropomorphic industrial robots.

The gripper can also be fitted with optional equipment to enable the automatic handling of picking up and depositing empty pallets and/or equipment for picking up and depositing interlayers. Alternatively, the automatic handling of the picking up and depositing of empty pallets and interlayers can be managed using dedicated modules.

The modular and customised configuration allows, in the event of limited floor space or the need to increase work cycles, for the integration of just the pallet separator module and/or just the layer placement module.
