BAG CHECKWEIGHER

The CP120 checkweigher for bags weighing between 50g and 2600g dynamically checks the correct weight of packages during the production process.

It is equipped with an automatic package ejection system and a collection box for non-compliant bags.

MET_SLIM

METAL DETECTOR

The CCH4F automatic lid applicating machine module is a completely autonomous module that can also be installed as a terminal on the cartoning line of existing systems in cases where a lid needs to be applied to a carton without flaps.

When this application is not required, it can be by-passed.

CS-EA

CARDBOARD BOX CORRECT CLOSURE CONTROL MODULE

The CS EA machine module allows for the control of any failure to close the top and/or bottom flaps of full cartons coming from the cartoning machine to which it is connected.

Where required, it can be combined with the full carton checkweigher.

R180

180° CARTON ROTATION MODULE

The R180 carton rotation machine module, mainly installed downstream of the lid application machine module (CCH4F), has the optional function of turning full cartons with lids to allow them to be palletised with the lid/display at the bottom.

When this application is not required, it can be by-passed.

H300

90° CARTON ROTATION MODULE

The H300 carton rotation machine module, to be installed at the exit of side-filling cartoning systems, allows full cartons to be turned vertically with a 90° rotation.
