Maxima 300 for stabilo pack

The Maxima 300 packaging machine stands out for its advanced electronics, high speed (up to 150 packs per minute) and minimal maintenance requirements.

It is characterised by the principle of sealing during film pulling (continuous motion machine) achieved using extremely simple and robust mechanics.

  • Four-corner-sealed format (stabilo) at speeds of 70 bags per minute (bpm) with plastic film and 50 bpm with paper film.
  • Maximum flexibility: the same machine can produce pillow, gusseted or four-corner-sealed; format changeover is quick and ergonomic.
  • Unique film alignment solution via automatic reel centering proportional to displacement. This feature is particularly important for stabilo formats to achieve an aesthetically optimal vertical seal.
