VOLUMETRIC PUMP FOR LIQUIDS

Classic liquid dosing system with cutting edge technology.

A hopper above the pump is filled with product. For each bag, the pump loads the product from the hopper, then a valve closes the loading pipe and opens the discharge pipe, so that the loaded dose is discharged into the bag.

The dosing cylinder, dosing head, product feed and outlet nozzle are connected to each other by a fitting that can be opened very quickly using the tool supplied with the machine.

All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel and the pneumatic parts are made of anodised aluminium.
